Our plantations of oranges, the industrial plant and the compost production area, are located to the north of the central mountain range of Costa Rica, on the slopes of the Orosí volcano. Del Oro employs 240 permanent employees and more than a thousand during the citrus harvest season. The company is the main source of employment in the zone.
