This product is manufactured from mature and wholesome Cayenne and/or MD2 (Maui Gold) pineapples grown in Costa Rica. It is blended to an optimum quality, adding back those volatile flavors extracted in the evaporation process. This FCPJ is manufactured following the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practices and in accordance with the General Principles of Food Hygiene, recommended by the Codex Alimentarius.
